I pefectly remember the first time I ate baklava. It was light yet crispy, perfectly sweet with honey and rich with pistachios. These exquisite diamond shaped sweets were layered and packed in straw in a handmade bent wood oval box. My parents brought this precious treasure home from their visit to Beirut, Lebanon.
And these many years later, I am thrilled to be heading to Beirut and to be hosted by beautiful Yoga Souk in downtown Beirut.
