Sutra 1 (45 min) 
Sutras – Please note our new Sutra Zoom schedule. We will only be meeting on Mondays and will alternate between Chapter 1 and Chapter 2. This week – Chapter 2. The obstacles to Yoga illumination are called kleshas. Their effect drives all our conditioning and actions – shaping our very lives. Yoga practice reduces these effects allowing us to live free.

I sat down with Leslie Kaminoff author of Yoga Anatomy, founder of The Breathing Project and 40 year plus practitioner inspired by his teacher Deskichar. I have known Leslie since our gritty downtown Yoga days in NYC. We had so much fun talking about our shared history of Yoga. Leslie is energetic, knowledgeable and very entertaining. We spoke for over two hours. Watch Part 1 of that talk!
