Joe’s career is uniquely rooted in both the East and West coasts and has been dominated by procuring, selling, trading, and distributing various animal proteins including salmon, fish, shrimp, beef, as well as pastured dairy, eggs, chicken, and pork and local and seasonal produce and small craft food brands.
