Kiki Flynn | Yoga Teachers Clinic

Hosted by Ashtanga Yoga Abu Dhabi and The Hot House, this 20-hour Certificate Training is appropriate for teachers as well as dedicated students.
The 3-day clinic begins each morning with a 1.5-hour Led Ashtanga class with Q&A. These 3 Led classes will be open to drop-ins on pending availability.
The program will include practical and in- depth information on Ujjayi breath, alignment, assisting, sequencing, therapeutics, as well as the philosophy and Sanskrit terminology that provide the foundation of Yoga practice. These core competencies will be easily integrated into personal practice as well as teaching across broad and diverse communities and class styles.
