This is the second year now that I will be partnering with Jaime Schultz to collaborate on this wonderful yoga and wellness day in one of my favorite places— Rockaway Beach! I know you will feel so relaxed and inspired at our hostess Jaime’s lovely Retreat House two blocks from the ocean for an inspired morning and lazy afternoon with friends and fresh food.

OUR PROGRAM
Will we begin our day with guided meditation focused on the path to your essential self and cultivating a personal place of peace.
In our morning yoga session we will learn and practice the foundational techniques of Ashtanga Yoga creating support through breath, focus and steadiness that benefit peace of mind and radiant health.
Self-Care and Personal Wellness rituals are for everyday. Learn the benefits of daily dry brushing and Ayurvedic massage to foster daily detox, renewal and true beauty. And learn more of my favorite tips when I present the Kiki Minute Playlist Live.
Vision is Yoga by Lacey Korb. Don’t miss out on seeing Lacey’s incredible visionary art work. Sip a beverage and enjoy art by the ocean!

11am – 12pm Kiki Minute Playlist Live: Kiki shares her health and wellness musts, do’s and don’ts
Beach Time
Leave your stuff at the Retreat House and head to the beach, explore the neighborhood, or hang on the porch and relax.
5pm – 7pm Art Opening – Vision is Yoga by Lacey Korb
