Brian is a filmmaker uncovering the trends in food policy, nutritional research and food marketing and how these have impacted health in the last fifty years with increased obesity, diabetes and other metabolic disorders. Move more, eat less is not solving this problem because, like much of the mainstream and medical supported beliefs,  it’s not strong science. Our food system has changed – let’s get back to health.
