Best Chai Ever – Boost Digestion and Winter Health

I didn’t realize I omitted any sweetener in my chai until after I shot the video. Just cause I don’t use it, i didn’t add it for you. I think you’ll be glad I didn’t.

These spices are so aromatic and sweet that they will satisfy your sweet tooth, if you let them. So let them!

Kiki’s Cuppa Chai – Vegan option

2 cups filtered water

1 Tablespoon grated ginger

1 cinnamon stick

1/2 teaspoon cumin

4 clove buds

4 crushed cardamom pods

Combine these and bring to boil and simmer for five minutes

Add

1 cup organic cows, goats, almond, cashew or hemp milk

Watch pot closely till mixture boils, then turn off stove and add

3 Tablespoons Organic Assam Tea – CTC is best.

Cover pot and let steep for 3 Minutes.

Strain right away and enjoy!
